  7. 1 taza arroz
  8. Aceite
  9. 1 cebolla, 1/2morron, perejil
  10. 1 caldo de panceta
  11. 300 gr más o menos de pulpa de tomate
  12. 1 lata arvejas

  1. Condimentamos la carne, le agregamos el huevo y la avena ( en albóndigas, hamburguesas, milanesas de carne picada o arrollado de carne, la avena le da una textura diferente, quedan más tiernas, y les aportamos a los chicos algo saludable.
  2. Entreveramos bien todo y formamos bolitas pequeñas, cortamos la cebolla, el morrón y el perejil y fritamos y luego colocamos las albóndigas.
  3. Colocamos el caldo y luego la pulpa de tomate, vamos moviendo y que se cocine agregamos una lata de arvejas y luego la papa cocida (condimente con ajil y sin sal por el caldo que ya le había puesto (cuando hablo de caldo por si no se aprecia en la foto, hablo del cuadradito de caldo que viene en caja, no de caldo líquido ya pronto).
  4. Movemos la olla y dejamos cocinar y mientras cocinamos una taza de arroz blanco.
  5. La cocción es rápido, al ser pequeñas las albóndigas y tener cocida la papa, es rápido, yo cosino para dos personas, para mi y la vianda de mi esposo, pero aquí salió para 3 personas, según lo comilones que seamos 😉,servimos todo sobre el arroz blanco y a disfrutar.
