- Después de lavar y pelar la verdura. Cortamos la cebolla en corte pluma, el morrón en tiritas, los champiñones laminados y las zanahorias en rodajas. Reservamos

- En un bol colocamos la carne y agregamos 1 cdta de sal, de orégano, ajo en polvo y adobo. Formamos bolitas y pasamos por pan rallado.



- Las pasamos por una sartén apenas con aceite calienta para dorarlas.


- Sofritamos la cebolla junto al morrón. Cuando veamos que se están ablandando agregamos la zanahoria. Mezclamos. Después de un par de minutos agregamos los champiñones y los dientes de ajo picado chico. Mezclamos.



- Cuando la cebolla esté transparente le agregamos la pulpa de tomate y el caldo de verduras. Condimentamos con las hojas de laurel, la sal gruesa, el pimentón y la pimienta. Mezclamos. Agregamos las albóndigas.



- Tapamos. Cuando rompa en hervor destapamos y mezclamos de vez en cuando. Cuando las zanahorias estén tiernas ya estará pronta la preparación. Apagamos el fuego y agregamos las hojas de tomillo fresco.



- Las cantidades de esta receta rinde para 8 personas. Yo hago el doble porque las freezo y tengo guardado para sacarme de un apuro.
