- 1 huevo
- 1 cebolla
- 3 tomates maduros
- 1 diente ajo
- 2 sobres salsa de tomates

- Sal, pimienta y orégano
- Aceite

- Picar la cebolla en cuadritos y sofreír por 3 minutos con un poco de sal. Agregar el diente de ajo picado chiquitito y sofreír por 3 minutos más. Verter medio vaso de agua fría, esperar a que se evapore el agua y apagar. Reservar 1/3 de cebolla, para las las albóndigas y con el resto haremos la salsa.



- Para la salsa: sobre los 2/3 de cebolla, agregar los tomates picados en tiritas (con cáscara) sal a gusto, orégano y cocinar hasta que el tomate esté deshecho. Agregar la salsa, revolver hasta que hierva y apagar.



- Para las albóndigas: poner la carne en una fuente, el huevo, la cebolla, el cilantro picado, un poco de sal y pimienta. Mezclar y amasar con las manos por 5 minutos. Agregar pan rallado de a poco, hasta que la mezcla no se pegue en las manos y hacer bolitas medianas.



- Pasar las bolitas por un plato con un poco de harina



- En un sartén con aceite caliente, cocinar las albóndigas hasta que se vean doradas. Dejar reposar sobre papel secante para sacar el exceso de aceite.



- Poner las albóndigas en la salsa de tomates y dejar hervir por 10 minutos, revolviendo constantemente... y listo!
